International purchases directly from the press are expensive.

If you’re overseas and want a copy of the book, use this form and I’ll have a copy delivered to me ($15.99 + about $4.00 shipping from the press to me), and then I’ll re-deliver it to you myself:

  • If I’m traveling to where you live soon, I can bring you a copy when I come ($20 US, no shipping cost to you).

  • Get it sooner by first-class mail, uninsured ($28 US total: $20 plus $8.00 postage).

  • Get it soonest and insured by international priority mail ($69 US total: $20 plus $49.00 for both postage and insurance — a little less than from the press, but insured shipping is just really expensive!).
