Get it sooner by first-class mail, uninsured ($28.00 US: $20.00 plus $8.00 postage).
Get it soonest and insured by international priority mail ($69.00 US: $20.00 plus $49.00 for both postage and insurance — a little less than from the press, but it’s just really expensive!).
